New patients are being accepted on a very limited basis with an emphasis on children and adolescents.  If you have a patient to refer, a referral is not necessary. Patients can self-schedule using the APPOINTMENTS page. I you have information to relay, please fax the referral form along with any pertinent information to (423) 425-9923 or schedule them directly through the scheduler on the appointments page. Please be sure that the patient understands that Dr. Beasley does not participate with any insurances and they are fully responsible for payment at each visit. HSA or flex spending cards are accepted.
